For Private Employee (Employed):

• Income Tax Return (ITR 2316)
• Bank Certificate (Must be addressed to the Embassy)
• Bank Statements - 6 Months
• Proof of properties and ties

For Business Owner (Self Employed):

• DTI/SEC
• Mayors Permit
• Barangay Permit
• BIR Registration

For Sponsored (Invited):

• Affidavit of Support (AOS - must be validated by the embassy)

- For Friend/Fiancé

For Minor (applicants under 18 years old)

• DSWD Clearance (if travelling with legal guardian or companion)

Please be informed that Allied Travel has its own mandated process. 

First step: Allied Travel will secure Visa Appointments from the visa center. 

Second Step:  Submit your documents to Allied Travel. Visa Assistance Approval are processed within 1-2 business days to validate the Clients/Passengers Documents. Once done Visa Assistance Approval will be released.

Third Step: Proceed to the Embassy/Visa Center for application and biometrics. (please be informed that some of the embassy doesn't need personal appearance. please ask your travel agent for info.)

Final Step: Wait for the Approval

•  (Please be informed that processing for approval varies depending on the embassy. Some of the embassy/visa center will deliver your passports on your delivery address).
• For Allied Visa Center - pick up ( Notice will be sent thru your registered mobile number once the passport/visa is ready).
